Low RPM torque motor actuators can provide On-Off, proportional or floating control of dampers, valves or other controlling devices. The actuator drive’s torque motor with a screw-type transmission drives the valve rod up or down according to the input signal (sent via an analog or CAN interface) from a controller. Rod push-pull force can be programmed from 50 kg up to 800 kg. Motor stack – 30 mm, diameter – 164 mm, nominal torque 10 Nm, 10 rpm. With a 60 mm stack — nominal torque 20 Nm, and with a 120 mm stack – 40 Nm (with respective rod force of up to 3200 kg). Rotation speed of the motor can be programmed from 1 rpm up to 100 rpm.
